Most wrestling fans pay attention to WrestleMania, regardless of whether they follow WWE or other promotions. For many casual fans, they only come around for WrestleMania season each year when they know that WWE will be bringing out all the surprises and building to marquee matches. Most fans even have their list of favorite Mania matches but what are the best of the best? Well I sat out to rank the 10 Best WrestleMania matches of all time.
Of course, this is largely opinion based. Not everyone will agree. But as a long time student of the game who has worked in the business, written about the business and studied this business alongside those who have worn the major championship titles in this industry, I feel that I am uniquely qualified to take on such a task.
This list was written prior to WrestleMania 39, so anything from that show on isn’t on the list, although I will go back and update this list at a later date and time. I hope it goes without saying that debate is half the fun of writing a list like this so whether you agree or disagree, leave a comment and let me know what you think!
